Poster production and display: Posters are professionally printed in advance. Presenters are responsible for installing their posters on the morning of their assigned day, where they will remain on display throughout the day.
Dedicated presentation session: Each poster is assigned to a scheduled session during the cocktail hour in the Expo Hall. During this one-hour session, presenters stand by their posters to share their work and engage with attendees.

General Requirements
Key details for accepted posters
Complimentary poster printing: Posters will be printed in advance. Display is to be completed by presenters on the morning of the assigned day (Tuesday, May 5 or Wednesday, May 6), where posters will remain on view throughout the day.
Presentation sessions: Poster sessions will take place each day during the cocktail hour in the Expo Hall. Each presenter will be assigned a designated time to present their work.
Networking opportunities: The sessions facilitate connections with leaders, investors, researchers, and innovators across synthetic biology and the bioeconomy.

The chosen poster subject should be relevant to one of the 6 conference tracks.
Registered
All Presenters are required to complete their registration by April 25, 2026. Failure to do so will result in the removal of the poster from the selection process.
