Vivek is the CEO and Cofounder of Mithrl, a Series A Applied AI company building the scientific decision engine for biopharma. Their mission is bold and simple: help R&D teams go from idea to IND 50% faster.
Vivek brings a deeply technical background to this work. He holds a PhD in Computer Science, with research focused on reinforcement learning. Before founding Mithrl, he was at NVIDIA, where he contributed to the CUDA compiler. He also was a researcher at HP Labs, where he worked on distributed systems and is a named inventor on multiple patents.
And on a lighter note, as the name Mithrl might suggest, Vivek is a devoted Lord of the Rings fan.
