Lee Ellen Drechsler
Lee Ellen founded and currently leads the P&G Corporate R&D Transformative Platform Technologies organization, a group of over 300 scientists and engineers responsible for developing innovative material, product, and package solutions across all P&G businesses. She oversees discovery through pilot operations in chemical/biological synthesis, polymer processing, nonwoven fiber spinning, and plastic/paper package innovation. She also guides strategic direction of Connect + Develop (Open Innovation), Process, and Packaging disciplines across P&G businesses to assure the company is prepared with skills of the future. As the leader of IP management for P&G Corporate R&D, Lee Ellen guides strategies to deliver both competitive advantages for P&G and opportunities for external value creation. Finally, she serves as Sustainability Innovation Leader for the company, responsible for delivering technologies required to meet P&G Ambition 2030 and Net Zero 2040 goals.
