Vanderlei C. Bellettini is Vice President, Precision Fermentation Operations at Archer Daniels Midland-ADM. He brings more than 30 years of global experience in fermentation and downstream processing, having led large-scale operations and technology development across the Americas, Europe, and Asia. Prior to joining ADM, Vanderlei spent three decades with Novozymes in senior leadership roles, driving innovation, operational excellence, and capacity growth in biotechnology production. A chemical engineer by training, he is passionate about advancing precision fermentation to enable sustainable and scalable solutions for the future.
