Matías Muchnick is the CEO and co-founder of NotCo, one of the fastest-growing foodtech companies in LATAM, recognized for its pioneering use of artificial intelligence to revolutionize the food industry. Born in Chile, Matías earned a Bachelor of Business Administration in Economics and a Master of Science in Finance from Universidad de Chile, before working at JP Morgan in Hong Kong. In 2015, at the age of 27, he founded NotCo, integrating cutting-edge AI technology, known as "Giuseppe," to develop plant-based products and solutions, redefining sustainability and innovation in the global food market. In addition to its food B2C business in Latin America, NotCo collaborates with leading global CPG companies like Kraft Heinz and Mondelez, offering tech solutions to develop disruptive products.
