David is a TED speaker, recipient of Elon Musk's XPRIZE award, and CEO of CyanoCapture. He served as an Officer in the Parachute Regiment (UK) and later as a resident doctor in the British Army, as well as with Christian medical organisations in Africa. David earned his MD from the University of Oxford and is interested in the intersection of Biosecurity, Synthetic Biology and Defence Tech.
