Dr. Itai Levin completed his Ph.D. at MIT working at the interface of computational chemistry and synthetic biology. He developed software for computer-aided synthesis planning and molecular design which led to the construction of a living biosensor for remote sensing. As the co-founder of Decycle Bio, he has continued automating the design of novel enzymatic cascades to make chemical synthesis more sustainable and efficient.
