Jennifer Zachry, PhD, MBA, is a bio-entrepreneur and Co-Founder of Orion Therapeutics, a company advancing a next-generation RNA delivery platform. She earned her PhD in Pharmacology from Vanderbilt University, publishing in leading journals including Nature Neuroscience and Neuron. During her training, she co-founded Orion to address a core bottleneck in genetic medicine: delivery. Through the development of GENESYS™, a lipopeptide-based nanoparticle platform, she has led the company to secure major awards and grants, including the Eli Lilly Genetic Grand Medicine Challenge and Chiesi Golden Ticket. Jennifer is focused on building scalable, transformative technologies that expand the reach of genetic medicines to new diseases and patients.
