Eric Crampon, PhD, is a structural virologist and biotech innovator working at the intersection of synthetic biology, biologics discovery, and global health. Trained at the Institut Pasteur and with over a decade of industry experience at companies including Takeda Pharmaceutical Company, he has contributed to vaccine and biologics programs addressing emerging infectious diseases such as dengue and COVID-19.

He is Adam & Snakes's founder, a biotechnology initiative developing animal-free recombinant antivenoms using in-vitro antibody discovery and engineered antigen design. His work focuses on modernizing century-old antivenom technologies and building scalable biologics platforms to address neglected diseases such as snakebite envenoming.
