I’m a computational biologist and building TriasBio, where I work on generative AI models for mRNA sequence design. My goal is to make RNA engineering easier to program by using large-scale machine learning for sequence optimization. Over the past few years, I’ve worked on mathematical modeling, optimization, and deep learning for biological systems. During my Postdoc at Harvard and UC Berkeley, I developed Trias, a codon language model, and contributed to HyenaDNA, a genomic foundation model for long DNA sequences. I enjoy building models end-to-end and applying them to practical problems in synthetic biology and therapeutics.
