I am a postdoctoral researcher at Stanford Medicine, where I study early human brain development using stem cell-derived brain organoids. My work focuses on how maternal metabolic health, particularly metabolic syndrome, influences fetal brain development through disruptions in cellular redox balance and mitochondrial function. With a background spanning genetic engineering to human disease modeling, I bring a multidisciplinary approach to understanding complex biological systems and bridging basic science with maternal and child health.

I am passionate about translating scientific discoveries into real-world impact and develop scalable solutions, especially at the intersection of women’s health, neurodevelopment and metabolism.
