Santiago is an incoming graduate student at Stanford University School of Medicine focused on building translational biotechnology ventures. A University of Toronto alumnus in applied genetics and cell & molecular biology, he is a NEXT Canada Next 36 founder building the Airbnb for lab space. From mapping US reimbursement pathways and building investor targeting models at Tenomix, to co-founding ReGlassia and leading iGEM Toronto to a global Best Entrepreneurship win across 400+ universities, Santiago has consistently operated at the intersection of science and capital - most recently as Regional Head of Americas for iGEM Startups. Santiago's mission is to build affordable, clinically deployable diagnostics for broad patient impact.
