Vincent Pham is a biotech founder and PhD candidate at UT Health San Antonio focused on advancing next-generation cell therapies for solid tumors. He is the Co-Founder and CEO of Powerhouse Therapeutics, a company translating engineered CAR-based technologies from academia into a pipeline of immunotherapies designed to overcome resistance in solid tumors. Vincent has played a key role in taking early-stage scientific concepts and developing them into a therapeutic platform and company, guiding strategy across translational research, partnerships, and early fundraising. Alongside his work as a founder, he is active in the biotech ecosystem through Nucleate Texas, where he helps support the next generation of scientist-entrepreneurs.
