As PhD #92 from the Church Lab, I’ve always been fascinated by how cutting-edge research can be transformed into real-world impact. During my PhD, where I studied the genetic basis of controlled cell migration, I also co-founded Nucleate — a global nonprofit dedicated to empowering the next generation of biotech leaders. Now, as COO, I work full-time to grow our community, connect innovators with the right resources, and support our brilliant and diverse Leadership team
